MONGOLIAN TRADERS TO BE PROTECTED IN CHINA

Mongolia and China have agreed to protect interests of the Mongolian buyers and sellers in China in case of his/her rights breach.

A cooperation contract on this matter has been established between Mongolia’s Authority for Fair Competition and Consumer Protection (AFCCP) and China’s State Administration for Industry and Commerce (SAIC). It has been signed by a deputy head of the AFCCP and by Vice Minister of the SAIC Sun Hongzhi.

The two organizations have been cooperating since 2008. A delegation led by the SAIC vice president has visited Mongolia several times.
